Which emotion(s)- Joy, envy, rage, pity or something else- do you find to be the hardest to contain?

For me its always been hard to cope with emotions. I think the grief that comes from departures is the hardest to cope with.

The most impending question I have ever asked to myself, ‘Why do people have to leave?’ For what they leave behind is an ocean of memories that keep haunting. The absence is rather so painful that it sucks in all your energy.

People leave you and go. So while they are with you tell them how much you love them, because when they leave it is just too late. They will never come back to you.

Some leave for wealth, fame, money, love and higher goals.

Some leave because you hurt them.

But, some leave because they have realized that attachment only leads to pain and suffering.

Such people are powerful……but you don’t have them with you….no one has them ……..

Hey, the beauty of life is that we all move on….Life is dynamic than anything else. And I think its best to be enjoyed moment by moment.

“Don’t be dismayed by good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends.”- Richard Bach

  1. I find it hardest to control expressing Joy, for when i am really happy, i feel like jumping around, dancing.. This directly puts me in conflict with my introvert side which doesn’t like to attract attention from the surroundings.. 🙂

  2. Yes, that is true …introverts don’t like attracting attention. Frankly joy is best expressed and shared with others. But, after you openly express joy, as a after thought you might feel oh!! I was a bit loud…
