You have to choose one flavor that your sense of taste will no longer be able to distinguish. Sweet, sour, bitter, salty, umami, spicy (not a taste per se, but we’re generous): which one do you choose to lose?
All tastes are so important, they contribute in their own way. Being a foodie this is a difficult question to answer. I would be okay to give up the bitter taste.
For a foodie life is full of fun and taste. Food never lets you feel low. But, the more you eat, the more calories you have to burn. I love salads and fruits, but at the same time I love spicy food. To keep away from milk products is such a challenge for me.
