Day 41
Seat Guru
You get to plan a dinner party for 4-8 of your favorite writers/artists/musicians/other notable figures, whether dead or alive. Who do you seat next to whom in order to inspire the most fun evening?

I love to read to P.G. Wodehouse, so I would spend most of my time sitting next to him the whole evening. Its not easy to choose but, I think I would invite the singer Hariharan, R.D. Burman, Asha Bhosale and Kishore Kumar. I am sure it would be a riot with all these great souls around. Absolute crazy party!!
The other day I was watching a documentary on R.D. Burman and people just poured their hearts about the kind of person he was; lively, crazy and passionate. But, I wonder how would P.G. Wodehouse feel in the midst of this craziness given his taste for Brit humour.
My list would have the following: Hrishikesh Mukherji, Basu Chatterji, Salil Chaudhary seated next to him. Space permitting, I would go ahead and invite Utpal Dutt and Gulzar as well!
