Writing 101: Day 50: Middle Seat

Day 50

Middle Seat

It turns out that your neighbor on the plane/bus/train (or the person sitting at the next table at the coffee shop) is a very, very chatty tourist. Do you try to switch seats, go for a non-committal brief small talk, or make this person your new best friend?

Yes, the initial reaction would be Oh my God! How much can this person talk? I wish he could shut up. But, I would not surely change my seat.

I love people who speak their mind, rather than people who stay quiet. It is easier to trust them, because they don’t seem to have much to hide. I would rather keep listening to him and be friends with him. It is always great to amongst people who are talkative and cheerful.
